Form templates belong to a Brand. Fields, labels, and required answers are configuration rather than a code change.
Forms and intake
Public forms that land in your CRM, not an inbox.
Crescove intake forms are Brand-defined and served on the Brand's own host. A submission becomes a lead with its source recorded, validated and rate limited on the server.
On your own domain
Forms are served from the Brand's public site, resolved through the domain registry — a custom domain or a Crescove subdomain, not a third-party form host.
Server-side validation
Required fields, shape, and rate limits are enforced by the API. A form cannot be bypassed by posting different values from the browser.
Attribution
Submissions record the host and page they came from, plus campaign parameters where present. Unrecognised query parameters are dropped rather than stored.
Field Service quote requests
Service businesses get a purpose-built public quote request that carries the property and the work requested into a lead.
Spam handling
Rate limiting and server-side validation are in place. We do not currently run a third-party captcha, and we do not claim to.
