Customer Relationship Management

Know every customer. Keep every team aligned.

Crescove CRM is the shared customer layer of the Crescove platform. Customers, contacts, leads, notes, tags, activity, and communication history live in one place, and every module builds on them rather than keeping a copy.

CRM is available in our staging environment as part of the Crescove platform. It is not sold as a standalone product, and we do not publish customer logos, testimonials, or savings figures.

One record, from first contact onward

A person arrives as an enquiry and stays the same record through everything that follows. Nothing in this path re-keys the customer.

  1. 01

    Enquiry arrives

A public form, a phone call, or an import creates a lead with its source recorded.

  2. 02

    Qualify

Activity, notes, and a lost reason if it goes nowhere — so a dead lead still teaches you something.

  3. 03

    Becomes a customer

The lead converts into a customer record shared by every module, keeping its history.

  4. 04

    Context accumulates

Contacts, tags, notes, properties, and equipment attach to the customer as you learn them.

  5. 05

    Work happens

Subscriptions, orders, estimates, and jobs reference the same customer rather than duplicating it.

  6. 06

    History stays readable

Communication and activity remain on the record after the work is finished.

One customer, not one per module

Most businesses end up with the same customer in three systems: the one that bills them, the one that emails them, and the one that schedules them. Crescove models the customer once, at the Brand level, and lets modules attach to it.

  • A customer who subscribes and later books service is one record
  • Contacts belong to the customer, not to a single transaction
  • Notes and tags survive the work that prompted them

Built for Organizations with more than one Brand

An Organization can run several Brands on Crescove. Customer data is scoped to the Brand that owns it, and that boundary is enforced on the server for every read and write — not by a filter the client can drop.

  • Explicit Organization and Brand scope on every query
  • Staff capabilities decide who can read internal notes
  • Cross-Brand access is a deliberate act, not a default

Honest about what is built

Each area below carries a status label. Where something is a data model waiting for a working screen, it says so. Where something needs an external provider connected before it does anything, it says that too.

Shared by the modules you run

Crescove FSM builds properties, equipment, estimates, and jobs on top of these records. Content builds memberships and programs on them. Commerce builds orders on them. The customer is the same customer.

Questions

Is Crescove CRM sold separately?
No. CRM is the shared customer layer of the Crescove platform. You get it by running Crescove; you do not buy it as a standalone system, and there is no separate CRM database to keep in sync.
Does CRM mean something else here?
No. CRM is Customer Relationship Management in the ordinary sense: the customers, contacts, leads, communication, and activity history a business keeps about the people it serves.
Can we use it without Field Service?
Yes. CRM is used by Content and Commerce as well. Field Service adds properties, equipment, estimates, jobs, and dispatch on top of it when you need service operations.
