Automations are configuration over a known set of triggers and actions, not arbitrary scripting. That keeps them reviewable and keeps a misconfiguration from becoming a security question.

Crescove automations are typed trigger and action pairs defined per Brand. Every execution records a run, so an automation that fires at the wrong moment can be found rather than guessed at.
Recorded runs
Each execution writes a run, and each action within it writes its own result. When a customer says they got two emails, there is a record to look at.
Brand-scoped
An automation belongs to a Brand and acts only within it. It cannot reach another Brand's records.
Where it is used today
The engine is in place and exercised through Field Service work. A general-purpose visual builder is not built yet, and this page does not imply one.
