Outbound customer email sends from the Brand's own address through the platform's provider, with the message recorded against the customer.
Communications
Say it once, and keep a record of it.
Communication in Crescove is a platform capability rather than a per-module feature. Messages are tied to the customer and, where relevant, to the work they concern.
Email transmits today through the platform's configured provider. SMS and voice adapters exist and deliberately refuse to send until a provider is connected and approved — they record a suppressed delivery rather than reporting a success that never happened.
Templates
Brand-defined message templates so routine communication is consistent and does not depend on who is typing.
Threads and participants
A conversation is a thread with participants, attached to the customer and optionally to a job — so the context of a message survives the person who sent it.
Delivery records
Each attempt records its channel, provider, and outcome. A suppressed or failed delivery is visible instead of silent.
SMS and voice
Built to the same interface as email and held closed. Enabling them means connecting a provider, which costs money and needs the operator's approval before it happens.
What we do not claim
There is no live SMS, no voice calling, and no marketing-blast tooling in Crescove today. Nothing on this site should be read as offering them.
